78 Corvette Pace Car This is a rare version of the Corvette Pace Car. It is a L-82 with a 4 speed manual transmission, Gymkhana suspension, 8 track stereo and other power options. This particular Pace Car has 37,181 miles on it but they have been all carefully put on. This Corvette has been subjected to the rigorous judging standards of the NCRS and has received their Top Flight award not once but twice! The standards for receiving this award require a Corvette to have retained a minimum of 94% of its originality as it was delivered from Chevrolet to the selling dealer. This Corvette scored above 96%. The most recent award received was early last year. The judging sheets are available. It was invited to be on display at the 2012 Corvettes at Carlisle display. The criteria for the NCRS to invite a Corvette to this prestigious display is lofty and we were proud to have been invited. This Corvette is ready for driving enjoyment and or show duty. It is available in our showroom at our facility. Originality abounds on this Corvette. Original paint, interior, matching numbers throughout, original tires purchased from Goodyear last year.
